A power station will be built in Linggan Village, Dashu Town.

In 2022, according to the information released by the government of Chun 'an County, in order to enhance the safe production capacity of the power station and improve the economic benefits, Chun 'an Dashu Town Linggan Hydropower Station Co., Ltd. plans to implement the capacity expansion and renovation (scrapping renovation) project of Lingshan Hydropower Station in Dashu Town, Chun 'an County.

Linggan Village in Dashu Town is a central village, which is formed by merging the original Linggan Village, Gaozhuang Village and Sizhuang Village. The whole village covers an area of 13.5 km2, with 326 households and a population of 1033 people, with an area of 802 mu of cultivated land.
