It is not difficult to see from the above titles that Jinxiang is still one of the strong towns in Cangnan, but the development speed of Jinxiang in recent years is not very fast. At this time, everyone will think of Lingxi and Longgang, two strong towns. I feel that I am not only failing to develop, but also regressing!

Lingxi and Longgang, two immigrant towns at the same level as Jinxiang, were deserted more than 20 years ago. It is precisely because of the economic development and the proposal of the reform and opening-up policy that these two towns have been re-planned, giving full play to their favorable advantages as transportation hubs in southern Zhejiang and northeastern Fujian, strengthening market construction, development and management, and the high-density gathering of large enterprises in surrounding towns has made the market economy develop rapidly! Become the economic and administrative center of Cangnan County today,

To tell the truth, compared with Lingxi Town, the development of long gang zhen is really unsatisfactory. No matter from the construction of hardware facilities, enterprise development scale and urban economy, it is in a very slow rising stage. From Wenzhou, the first town with an output value of over 100 million? A few years ago, Wenzhou Top 30 Town, China 1000 Town, has now declined out of the queue of the above two titles? Jinxiang is very confused now, and can't figure out which road suits him, let alone what goal.

Personally, I think the reasons for the slow economic growth in Jinxiang are as follows:

One: Enterprise system, the whole enterprise in the town is still dominated by small workshops more than ten years ago, and there are not many real large enterprises, so there are only a few (large enterprises have moved to the industrial zone with developed traffic outside Jinxiang a few years ago).

Two: geographical restrictions, the traffic in Jinxiang is really not very convenient now. Developed railways and waterways have not been opened, and they are limited to road traffic with limited transportation capacity.

Three. Urban planning, for a long time, factories and houses of enterprises are almost mixed, which has caused serious damage to traffic and environmental pollution in small towns. It was only in the last two years that I realized the importance of industrial zone planning and environment, but it was a little late.

Fourth, the government's policies and the rise of powerful surrounding towns have caused local private capital to move out, and most of the population has obviously moved out.

Solution:

Re-plan functional land and concentrate enterprises in cities and towns? Industrial zones are planned separately, and large industrial zones can be built in lots with abundant land outside the city or in the suburbs. The government can give preferential treatment to enterprises that implement industrial clusters from other policies such as taxation, attract large, medium and small enterprises in and around the town, upgrade their technology and implement industrialization.

Distinguish between residential areas and industries, and manage the environment and traffic in and around the city (the streets in the city are already very narrow, so we can implement a plan to ban motor vehicles from entering the city, and build large parking signs outside the city to ease the traffic pressure in the city)

Really open the traffic artery and create favorable conditions for enterprise development and residents' travel. For example, the new station in Jinxiang unconditionally opens the national transportation network, and the purpose of national transportation can be achieved by using the developed transportation in Longgang. More means of transportation can be added between Jinxiang and Longgang to truly achieve the purpose of fast and convenient electricity, so that even Jinxiang enterprises don't have to worry about traffic problems!
