(3) Submit the applicant's original household registration book and ID card, and submit a copy. /kloc-If you are under 0/6 years old and have not applied for a resident ID card, you do not need to submit a resident ID card and a copy. /kloc-Under the age of 0/8, the guardian's intention to settle in Hong Kong or Macao must be submitted, such as the household registration book, birth medical certificate and other guardianship certificates, and the original ID cards of the guardian and ward should be submitted, and a copy should be submitted;
(4) Submit the original identity cards of Hong Kong or Macao residents and Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland, and submit a copy. If the parties in Hong Kong and Macao are foreign nationals, they shall submit the original permanent identity card and foreign passport of Hong Kong or Macao, and submit a copy; If the relevant personnel in Hong Kong and Macao are stateless, they shall submit the permanent identity card and visa identity document of Hong Kong or Macao, and submit a copy. Children of Hong Kong and Macao permanent residents should also submit their parents' original household registration books and identity cards in the Mainland, and submit copies;
(5) State functionaries (including those engaged in public service in state organs, those engaged in public service in state-owned companies, enterprises, institutions and social organizations, and other persons engaged in public service according to law) shall, in accordance with the personnel management authority, submit the opinions issued by their units or higher-level competent units agreeing to settle in Hong Kong and Macao. Mainland residents who fail to apply for passports as required must also issue relevant certification materials in accordance with relevant regulations.
(six) submit the application materials corresponding to the application:
1. In the case specified in Item (1) of the application conditions, a marriage certificate and a statement that the spouse agrees to settle in Hong Kong or Macao for the purpose of family reunion shall be submitted. If you have accompanying children, you need to submit the female relationship certificate of your parents at the same time. Applicants who register for marriage abroad need to submit a marriage certificate or marriage certificate certified by Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad;
2. In the case specified in Item (2) of the application conditions, submit the permanent identity card of Hong Kong or Macao of the father or mother, the proof of the relationship between parents and children, and the marriage certificate of parents;
3. In case of any of the circumstances specified in Item (3) of the application conditions, submit the proof of the relationship between parents and children and the parents' marriage certificate;
4. In case of any of the circumstances specified in Item (4) of the application conditions, a certificate of parent-child relationship, a marriage certificate of parents, a certificate that parents have no children in Hong Kong or Macao, and a statement that parents agree to settle in Hong Kong or Macao;
5. In case of any of the circumstances specified in Item (5) of the application conditions, a statement showing the relationship between parents and children, the fact that parents have no children in the Mainland, and that children from Hong Kong and Macao agree to settle in Hong Kong or Macao and fulfill their maintenance obligations;
6. In case of the circumstances specified in Item (6) of the application conditions, the certificate corresponding to the specific special circumstances shall be submitted.
(seven) the relationship between parents and children belongs to the following circumstances, but also need to perform the following procedures:
1. If the applicant is under the age of 18, born out of wedlock or his parents are divorced, and his father (mother) is about to settle in Hong Kong or Macao, he/she shall submit a legal and valid certificate of his/her upbringing by his/her father (mother) who is about to settle in Hong Kong or Macao, and a statement that his/her guardian agrees to settle in Hong Kong or Macao;
2. If the applicant is born out of wedlock and cannot provide proof of paternity, or the paternity is in doubt, paternity test shall be conducted in the hospital or institution designated by the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security organ; Applicants for children born out of wedlock of permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macao or children with questionable paternity shall conduct paternity tests in institutions designated by the State Immigration Bureau;
3. If the applicant or a related person from Hong Kong or Macao belongs to an adopted child, the following legally binding proof of adoption relationship shall be submitted.

Mainland citizens who travel to Hong Kong and Macao for personal reasons must apply to the exit-entry administration department of the municipal or county public security bureau where their household registration is located.
Article 9 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Private Travel between China Citizens and Hongkong or Macau.
Mainland citizens applying for going to Hong Kong and Macao for personal reasons must answer relevant inquiries and go through the following procedures:
(1) Submit the household registration book or other household registration certificates;
(2) fill in the application form;
(three) submit the opinions of the employer on the applicant's travel to Hong Kong and Macao;
(4) Submit certificates corresponding to the reasons for application.
