Charlie Luciano is al capone's cousin. If Capone is a natural thug, Luciano is a professional crime manager. Luciano was born in Sicily, Italy, and his family immigrated to the United States at the age of 4. From 1920 to 1926, Luciano started a business with an Italian and two Jewish accountants.
