Please prepare the application materials according to the following categories:

1. If the spouse of the applicant is a foreigner living in Finland for a long time, the following materials need to be prepared:
The application form (OLE_PH 1) filled out and signed by the applicant is in duplicate.
Add 2 pages (OLEL_PK) of photos of residence permit application form, and attach 2 photos of standard passport in the last 6 months (bareheaded front and white background). Size 47 mm *36 mm, can't use scanned photos, photos stuck in the form, can't nail on the application form).
Two forms (PK 1_PLUS) filled out by spouses living in Finland.
Two copies of the applicant's valid passport and passport personal information page. If there are other visas in the passport, two copies of all visa pages should be provided.
A notarized marriage certificate certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and the Embassy and Consulate of China in Finland, with two originals and two copies respectively.
2. If the spouse of the applicant is a Finnish citizen, the following materials need to be prepared:

The original and two copies of the birth certificate of the child notarized and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and the Embassy and Consulate of China in Finland.
Original and two photocopies of the consent letter of domestic parents who have been notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and embassies and consulates in China, Finland, for their children to go abroad.
