There are two possible route corridor schemes in Xinyi section of Suzhou-Xinjiang Expressway. One is that the line is laid in the east of Xinyi and connected to the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway in the northeast of Xinyi (East Line Scheme); Second, the route is arranged in the west of Xinyi and connected with Beijing-Shanghai Expressway in Shandong (western route scheme).

(1) East Route Scheme (recommended scheme): The route starts from the north side of Suqian South Hub of Ningxu Expressway, crosses the main shipping canal in the northeast direction, is arranged outside the planned urban construction area of Suqian, crosses the abandoned Yellow River and provincial highway 325 in Shenwan, then crosses the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal in the east, intersects Suqian South Ring Road (new provincial highway 325) in the northwest of Luji Town, and crosses Suqian to Zhangjiagang Industrial Park in the north. After that, it crossed the north area of Suqian Economic and Technological Development Zone from west to north via Caoji Town, crossed Xinyi River and entered Xinyi territory. The line crosses the Shuhe River to the north, crosses the Xu Lian Expressway after playing football in Shaanxi, crosses the park with the reserved line planned by Xinyi-Wuxi Industrial Park, crosses the Xinchang Railway, the old National Highway 205 and the rerouted National Highway 205, and then connects to the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway. (2) Western route scheme: the route starts from Suqian-Zhangjiagang Industrial Park in the north, turns northwest in Caoji West, crosses the southwest corner of the north area of Suqian Economic and Technological Development Zone, crosses Xinyi River 500 meters east of Xinyi River Bridge in 249 Provincial Highway, crosses 249 Provincial Highway in the south of Xindian Town, and is arranged in Malingshan West, then crosses Xu Lian Expressway in the east of Huangmudun to the north, and then crosses the planned Xinyi Economic and Technological Development Zone. Crossing Xindai Canal 500 meters west of Magang Shiplock, then crossing 323 Provincial Highway 400 meters west of Mohe Bridge, crossing Longhai Railway to the north, entering Shandong Province in the northeast of Fangzhuang Village, and then connecting with Beijing-Shanghai Expressway to the north of Zhugouya Village. The total length of the route is about 83.5km (including 73.3km in Jiangsu Province and 10.25km in Shandong Province).

The total length of the project route is about 68.08km, and it is a two-way four-lane expressway, with the subgrade width of 28m and the design speed of120km/h. The permanent land acquisition of the project is about 8197mu, the borrow pit temporarily covers an area of about 5,425mu, and the scale of demolished buildings is about178630m2. There are about 1 1 extra large bridges and 7 medium and small bridges in this project. There are 8 interchanges (Hezhuang Hub, Beigou Hub and Duanzhai Hub) and 5 general interchanges (Suqian South Interchange, Suqian North Interchange, Xinyi River Interchange, Wangzhuang Interchange and Zhongzhuang Interchange). ); When crossing with the general trunk highway, the interchange form generally adopts the branch overpass separation interchange; The whole project has a 1 service area and a ramp toll station at the interchange.

Various planning areas that the project may involve mainly include Suqian Economic and Technological Development Zone, Suqian-Zhangjiagang Industrial Park, Suqian Economic and Technological Development Zone North Zone, Xinyi-Wuxi Industrial Park, etc. The rivers along the route mainly include Minbian River, Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, Mahe River, Xusulian Canal, Liutang River, Xinyi River and Shuhe River. The local roads crossed by this project mainly include Ningsuxu Expressway, S325, S324, Xiaoshi Highway, Wangshi Highway, Xu Lian Expressway, G205 and Beijing-Shanghai Expressway; In addition, it also spans the Xinchang Railway.

● Investigate and evaluate the present situation of regional environmental quality;

● Analyze, predict and evaluate the possible impacts of construction period and operation period on ecological environment, acoustic environment, water environment, ambient air, social environment, indirect impacts and resettlement, and give the degree and scope of impact of highway reconstruction on regional environment qualitatively or quantitatively;
