The Pass for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao and the Pass for Travelling to and from the Mainland for Hong Kong and Macao residents are the entry and exit documents issued by the national exit and entry administration department according to law for mainland residents travelling to and from Hong Kong, Macao and Hong Kong and Macao residents travelling to and from the Mainland. According to the principle of "one country, two systems" and the relevant provisions of the Basic Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and China Hong Kong Special Administrative Regions and the Basic Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and China Special Administrative Regions, the mainland, Hong Kong and Macao regions implement exit-entry administration respectively.
