Peng Daiyuan, male, Han nationality, born in April 1969, is from Xing'an, Guangxi. He joined the Communist Party of China in August 1990 and started working in July 1989. He is an in-service postgraduate class administrator at the Party School of Guangxi District Committee Graduated with a major in management and is a postgraduate student at the Guangxi District Party School.

He is currently the deputy mayor and member of the Party Leadership Group of the Guilin Municipal People's Government, Secretary of the Lingui County Party Committee, and First Deputy Secretary of the Lingui New District Working Committee.
