This year, the work of farmland capital construction in our region will focus on water source project construction, comprehensive agricultural development, reservoir reinforcement and comprehensive improvement project of Beishahe River, and closely combine agricultural construction with industrial structure adjustment, increasing farmers' income and realizing agricultural modernization, so that farmland capital construction can truly serve agricultural structure adjustment, agricultural modernization and increasing farmers' income. At the beginning of the year, the agricultural construction plan was formulated in combination with water conservancy itself, agricultural modernization park construction and comprehensive agricultural development, which actively guided and coordinated the development of farmland capital construction and achieved remarkable results. A number of key quality projects have emerged, such as flood control emergency project of Beishahe River, revetment of Beishahe River, reinforcement of Hongling levee and spillway reconstruction of Heiniutun Reservoir. In 20xx, all levels in the region invested 24,745110,000 yuan in agricultural construction, completed 31139,000 cubic meters of earthwork, used 997,900 man-days, invested 57,900 machine shifts, and completed 30 key quality projects. This year, sand mining is still prohibited in Hunhe River and Beishahe River. (5) Strengthen the management of water resources to ensure the rational development of water resources.

(6) Intensifying soil erosion control and achieving results.
