According to the funds issued by the city to solve the problems left by immigrants in our district, 85% is used for difficult subsidies, 5% is used for special assistance, and 10% is used for project support and employment training. The district government can carry out planning and regulation according to the actual situation. 90% of the funds used for difficult subsidies are cut and distributed to towns and streets according to the proportion of urban immigrants, and used by towns and villages; 10% is used to adjust and solve outstanding problems.
