A trip to Yunnan with my besties

I am full of expectations for this trip without feeling uneasy. But it was a long trip after all, and later facts proved that my idea was completely wrong. Because

? Jing and I live in different cities. In order to accommodate me, Jing decided to come to Hong Kong from Guangzhou and fly with me from Hong Kong to Yunnan.

My best friend is a very frugal girl. In order to respect her and save money, we did not fly directly to Dali. Instead, we planned to fly from Hong Kong to Changshui. From Changshui, we took a bus for more than six hours to Dali. Although it was a bit harder, we were short of money! We arrived at Changshui at around ten o'clock in the morning on April 1st. We were excited and excited. When we arrived at Changshui, our stomachs were already growling with hunger, but we didn't bother to have breakfast. We just wanted to hurry up. We arrived at our destination - Dali. We originally planned to arrive in Dali early and eat some delicious and unique food. However, due to the slippery road on a rainy day, the bus in front of us accidentally overturned. After hearing this news, I was very excited for the first time we arrived. For us from far away, it was like a bolt from the blue, and we were more or less frightened inside! At this time, I still felt more or less lucky. Fortunately, I was not on the bus in front of me. On the highway, we were stuck in traffic for more than three hours because the traffic police wanted to tow the truck and clean up the scene. What was even more unfortunate was that we had put all the snacks we had brought with us in our suitcases, which meant that we would start at five o'clock in the morning today. We had to catch a flight and it was around 4pm, but we hadn’t had a drop of water yet. Now we were so hungry that our chests pressed against our backs. Our good mood had already been defeated by the grumbling hunger, and the rainy day was even worse for us. There is a little sadness in my heart...

? The weather is not as expected! We couldn't get to Dali at 5pm that day as originally planned, and were more than three hours late. Fortunately, we arrived in Dali safely. That day, I got out of the car and saw the innkeeper standing straight in the heavy rain, anxiously waiting for our return. In this strange city and the cold, stormy weather, my heart suddenly felt warm. After returning to the inn and putting our luggage away, we hurriedly went downstairs to find something to fill our stomachs first, because both of us knew that if we didn't eat, our stomachs would rebel.

This was our first meal in Dali. It was a little late, but we finally ate it. It tasted great. The key was the sweet and sour dipping sauce, which tasted really good. Very special

After dinner, we were both exhausted from catching flights and buses all day, so we returned to the inn and after taking a shower, we fell asleep and fell into unconsciousness.

It was raining heavily outside, and we did not get up at around eight o'clock as originally planned, because we knew that only by sleeping well would we have the energy to continue the rest of the trip! We didn't open our hazy eyes until after ten o'clock in the morning. After washing up, we were in good spirits and braved the heavy rain and went out to have breakfast. Maybe God is merciful, maybe God loves beauty. After breakfast, we found: the rain actually stopped! I originally wanted to take a bus directly at the gate of the ancient city to visit Erhai Lake. While waiting for the bus, I accidentally discovered that the girls coming out of the gate of the ancient city were all wearing colorful braids. Girls have no love for beauty. Can't stop it! Just like that, we changed our original plan again! We first tied up Caibian and then went to Erhai Lake. But who would have thought that after we tied up Caibian, we were attracted by the various antique beauties in the ancient city. We simply changed our mind and visited the ancient city first and then went to Erhai Lake
