Of course, this is based on your previous entry and exit records, so you can only try this method for the time being.

(2) Inquiries are made by issuing new passports.

If a person's passport is lost, or the biometric information of the passport holder is seriously defaced, a new passport can be issued. However, when the applicant's passport is restricted from leaving the country, that is, it is currently locked, it is of course impossible to reissue a new passport.

In another case, the local exit-entry administration department has confiscated your passport or explicitly told you that you are not allowed to leave the country within a certain period of time. Of course, you don't have to check your entry and exit restrictions.

Legal basis:

According to Article 8 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Administration of Exit and Entry of Citizens, exit shall not be approved under any of the following circumstances.

1. Defendants and suspects in criminal cases recognized by public security organs or people's procuratorates and people's courts;

2. The people's court informs that there are unresolved civil cases that cannot leave the country;

3. People who are serving sentences;

4. People who are undergoing reeducation through labor;

5. Persons who, according to the relevant authorities in the State Council, will endanger national security or cause great losses to national interests after leaving the country.
