Quebec Immigration Choice Certificate (CSQ)
To immigrate to Quebec, applicants and their families must go through two steps, namely screening and employment.
Quebec is responsible for screening applicants and issuing CSQ. In this regard, Quebec has developed screening measures according to the province's immigration policy.
The Canadian government is responsible for recruitment. After obtaining CSQ, applicants need to apply for permanent residence. After passing the physical examination and safety inspection, the applicant's family members also need to do this step.
If the applicant (who has obtained CSQ) and his family members (whether accompanied or not) fail the physical examination, such as posing a health threat to the public or excessively consuming health and social security resources, the Canadian government will reject his application.
Upon arrival, the applicant immediately obtained permanent residency. Applicants enjoy the same rights as Canadian citizens except the right to vote and have passports. After living for three years, the applicant can enjoy all the rights after applying for Canadian citizenship.
