According to Article 9 of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China-China citizens who have settled overseas voluntarily join or acquire foreign nationality will automatically lose their China nationality. Therefore, the parties should go to the public security organ where the account is located to cancel the account.

China public security frontier defense organs do not restrict mainland residents who have obtained permanent residency in foreign countries but have not cancelled their household registration in China from leaving the country. China's existing laws do not require domestic residents who have obtained permanent residency abroad to cancel their domestic household registration.
