The right of abode is managed by the Immigration Bureau of the Peruvian government, and the Embassy of China in Peru has no right to handle the residence of China compatriots in Peru. The embassy will not inform the parties by telephone or telephone recording that there are documents and packages to be collected or processed.

China's embassies and consulates abroad and domestic government agencies will not inform China compatriots by telephone that there are domestic cases to be handled, nor will they ask the recipients to call back any telephone number for further contact.
