Can Marshall immigrants get Marshall passports to settle in the United States and enjoy American benefits?

Marshall passport can get some rights and benefits in America, but it can't enjoy all the benefits like American citizens!

According to1the Compact of Free Association signed by Marshall and the United States on June 25th, 983 and the Amendment Act of Free Association Agreement in 2003 (Public LawNo. 108- 188), Marshall citizens can enjoy the following rights: Marshall citizens can freely enter and leave the United States, stay in the United States indefinitely and make adjustments within the United States. Marshall citizens are free to study in the United States, and they can work legally during their studies. The credits taken in domestic schools in Marshall are recognized by American schools; Marshall citizens are free to apply for jobs in the United States. According to the Free Association Agreement, Marshall citizens no longer need to apply for, hold or renew work permits issued by the US government (I-766 form or EAD). When checking the employment qualification form (I-9 form), you can confirm their valid passports by adding an unexpired I-49 form (or other legal entry certificates issued by the US government under the Free Association Agreement). Marshall citizens who enter the United States under the Free Association Agreement can obtain social security numbers (SSN) and social insurance cards from SSA offices near their homes. The card must be collected at the General Administration of Social Security (SSN), not at the US Embassy in the Marshall Islands. Every time Marshall citizens enter the US Customs, they will receive an I-94 card (entry and exit record card) issued by the Customs and Border Protection Bureau (CBP) of the US Department of Homeland Security. Customs and Border Protection inspectors will record on the I-94 card that the person is allowed to enter the country according to the Free Association Agreement marked CFA/RMI (Free Association Agreement/Marshall).

These are all regulations of the United States government, which are completely legal and reasonable.
