How do Canadian ee immigrants declare to the Immigration Bureau if they refuse to apply for a visa in the United States?

Applicants must first register for EE. After successfully registering EE, they will enter the candidate pool. Under EE, students will be admitted on the basis of merit, and those with high scores will be admitted first. The selected applicant will receive a visa invitation and be eligible to apply for permanent resident status in Canada. This is the beginning of your skilled migration to Canada.

The biggest difference between the new EE system and the traditional federal application is that applicants can't actively submit their applications, but have to be passively screened to apply for the next visa.

This effectively avoids some unqualified or invalid applications with insufficient materials, greatly shortens the time for immigration review and gives the immigration bureau more time to process qualified applications. With EE, the efficiency of skilled immigrants in Canada is much higher.

EE system is suitable for applicants who apply for FSW federal skilled immigrants, CEC experienced immigrants, FST skilled immigrants and provincial nominations of some provinces.

I categories of EE applications for skilled immigrants in Canada

1, Canadian Federal Skilled Immigrant (FSW): 4 IELTS scores of 6 for Class G, 4 IELTS scores of 6,67 or above, and at least one year working experience in 0, A and B majors;

2. Canadian Skilled Immigrants (FST): Class G IELTS listening and speaking, reading 3.5, writing for 4 years, 1 year, employer offer or holding professional mechanic certificate of Canadian provincial government, with 2 years of FST mechanic experience in recent 5 years, which is rarely satisfied by China applicants.

3. Canadian Experienced Immigrants (CEC): 65,438+0 years of work experience in Canada's 0, A and B occupations in the past three years, 4 IELTS in Class B occupations and 4 IELTS in other 5, 0 and A occupations;

4. Provincial nomination of some provinces: BC, Saskatchewan, New Zealand, New Brunswick and Ontario are currently open to the EE category.

Second, the EE application process for skilled immigrants in Canada

Step 1: Enter the EE candidate pool.

If the applicant meets one of the first three categories listed above (FSW, FST or CEC), he can register MyCIC account in official website of Immigration Bureau, fill in the required information, submit ee online, enter the candidate pool, register for JobBank, and wait for the invitation of Immigration Bureau.

Step 2: Apply for provincial nomination.

For applicants with low scores (below 450 points) (refer to the EE score table below for the scores under EE), you can consider applying for the provincial nomination under EE and get 600 points, so that you can get the invitation from the Immigration Bureau soon.

At present, the provinces that have opened or are opening EE nomination projects are BCPNP, SINP Saskatchewan, NSNP, Ontario OINP and NBNP New Brunswick.

Step 3: The Immigration Bureau sends an invitation ITA.

Immigration Canada sends EE invitations twice a month, and applicants who reach the lowest invitation score in this round will receive visa invitation ITA from Immigration Canada.

Step 4: Submit the visa application.

Applicants are required to submit visa applications within 60 days after obtaining ITA.

At this moment,

1. If the applicant holds a Canadian work permit, he can apply for a bridge work permit (such conditions are not available before the invitation);

2. If the visa is refused, you can appeal (if you don't submit an immigration application before being invited, you can't appeal);

3. The Immigration Bureau promises to complete the trial within 6 months (counting from the date of submission).
