Is the immigration law in Puerto Rico the same as that in the United States? If I have a Puerto Rican girlfriend, can I go to Puerto Rico in marriage immigration?

As American citizens, Puerto Rican residents are only second-class citizens of the United States. Although they don't have the same voting rights as authentic Americans, they have autonomy and various benefits provided by the United States, and they can proudly boast that they are Americans. Of course, Puerto Ricans have been trying to become a state of the United States.
