What dynasty was the Hongwu period?

The Hongwu period was the period of Zhu Yuanzhang in the Ming Dynasty.

in 1368, Zhu Yuanzhang established the Ming dynasty, and named it Hongwu. In September of the 14th year of Hongwu, Zhu Yuanzhang sent Hou Fu Youde of Yingchuan as the general of conquering the south, Hou Lanyu of Yongchang and Hou Muying of Xiping as the lieutenants, and commanded 25, troops to advance into Yunnan.

Zhu Yuanzhang attached great importance to this expedition, personally gave general plans to Fu, Lan and Mu, and even transferred the elite troops of the Imperial Guard stationed in Gaoshiba and Liushuwan in Nanjing to the expeditionary force.

after the Ming army occupied Zhongqing, the soldiers were divided into two ways, all the way south, and each county was occupied separately.
