What if I lose my passport in the Philippines and return to China after my visa expires?
If the passport expires, apply for a new passport at the Thai Embassy in China.
If the visa expires, the punishment will be different according to the overdue time. According to the law, 500 yuan will be fined up to 5,000 yuan for each overdue day, which means the maximum fine is 5,000 yuan. Therefore, it is recommended to pay a fine at the Exit-Entry Administration and apply for an extension.
If the time is too long, it may be repatriated directly.
