Advantages: Due to the high integrity of the school, the school keeps household registration relationships and files on its behalf, and provides employment consultation, employment information, employment guidance and other services related to the implementation of employment units. The teachers do their best and do not charge extra Fees, students have greater freedom, high security, and can take the civil service examination as fresh graduates.

Disadvantages: Keeping graduate files in school only extends the career selection period. There is no personnel affiliation with the school, and no certificates involving personnel relationships can be issued. In addition, seniority will not be calculated during the period when files are retained in school. The file during the study abroad period is blank (the school is not qualified to fill in the experience during the study abroad period).

2. Talent market

Advantages: The procedures for local employment are simple.

Disadvantages: Loss of status as a fresh graduate. If the file is blank during the period of studying abroad, it will not be counted as length of service. (Some people here say that people with working seniority are required. I have not found the relevant regulations. You can consult the local talent market; the biggest disadvantage of this method is that you lose your status as a fresh graduate. 3. Service Center for Overseas Students (referred to as Liufu)

Service objects: The following people are not subject to geographical and household registration restrictions, You can entrust the Overseas Students Archives Office to take care of your files:
