If China citizens want to return their China passports to obtain Singaporean citizenship, they must personally apply to the Embassy and submit the following materials:

1. Fill in the Application Form for Notarization and Certification truthfully item by item 1 copy.

2. Fill in the Application for Refusal of China Passport 1 copy truthfully (provided by the Embassy).

3. The original passport and its photocopy, including the information page, extension page and annotation page (no need to copy if there is no content).

4. The original and photocopy of the naturalization approval issued by the Singapore Immigration Bureau;

5. Original and photocopy of Singapore residence permit (PR, NRIC or SCC, etc.). If PR expires, re-entry permit is required).

6. 1 photo.

7. If the applicant has obtained a Singapore passport, the original and photocopy of the Singapore passport are also required.

8. The processing time is 4 working days, and there is no need for urgent work.
