Why are there Arab countries in Africa?

Not all Africa is "Black Africa". North Africa has always been an important part of the Mediterranean cultural circle, and important civilizations such as Egypt and Phoenicia were born here. The Arabs are one of the indigenous people of North Africa and have settled in North Africa before the rise of the Arab Empire. After the rise of the Arab Empire, the entire North Africa became Arab territory.
