Shi Ruifang (191 ~ February 1931), male, Han nationality, also known as Jingfen, took part in the revolution and became known as Cao Zhen, Zhang Peng, etc. He was from Huan 'ao Shakeng Village, Tiantai County, Zhejiang Province. In 1926, he graduated from Tiantai Middle School and taught in next week's primary school. In June 1927, he joined the China * * * Production Party. In March of the following year, he was elected as a member of the Tiantai County Committee and secretary of the Huan 'ao District Committee. In June, he served as secretary of the county Committee. In Huan 'di, he led the redemption struggle and killed Zhu Liangqing, the organization minister of the Kuomintang Tiantai County Party Department. In November, he was transferred to the secretary of Huangyan County Party Committee. In the spring of 1929, Huangyan salt merchants started salt-saving, raised salt prices and forced people to buy salt. Ruifang led the struggle against salt-saving. In July, 1929, he served as secretary of Taizhou Central County Committee. In June, 193, the Central Special Committee of South Zhejiang was established and was elected as a member of the Special Committee of South Zhejiang. On November 8, the Special Committee of South Zhejiang was reorganized and became the Acting Secretary of the Special Committee of South Zhejiang. He was arrested in Rui 'an County on December 5, 193 and secretly killed in Zhejiang Army Prison in February, 1931.
