1. The IP tariff for calling Kuwait, Honduras, Sierra Leone, Cape Verde, Kenya, Fiji, Sri Lanka, Equatorial Guinea, Togo, Suriname, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Uruguay, South Africa and other countries 14 is adjusted from 4.6 yuan/minute to 6 yuan/minute;

2. The IP tariff standard for calling Qatar, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bulgaria, Guyana, Syria, Haiti, Belgium and Malta is adjusted from 4.6 yuan/minute to 8 yuan/minute;

3. The IP tariff for calling Cuba, Somalia, Papua New Guinea, Sao Tome and Principe and Nauru is adjusted from 4.6 yuan/minute to 12 yuan/minute;

The adjusted international IP telephone service charges are divided into six grades, namely 2.4 yuan/minute, 3.6 yuan/minute, 4.6 yuan/minute, 6 yuan/minute, 8 yuan/minute and 12 yuan/minute.
