1. Visa

Legal Basis

Article 11 of the "Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China": Chinese citizens who exit or enter the country must submit their passports or other travel documents and other exit and entry documents to the entry-exit border inspection agency for inspection , complete the required procedures, and only after inspection and approval, can you leave or enter the country. At qualified ports, entry-exit border inspection agencies should provide special passages and other convenient measures for Chinese citizens to exit and enter the country.
