Documents required for applying for an enterprise:

2. A notarized copy of the latest equity held by the applicant's main business and other businesses related to this application.
The applicant may submit any of the following materials:
Proof of the company's assets within one year from the date of submission by the applicant, with the original official seal of the accounting firm affixed. Without the seal of an accounting firm, it needs notarization by a notary office;
A notarized copy of the company's articles of association;
If the applicant's company assets certificate has been submitted for more than one year, the applicant must submit an equally effective report approved by the domestic industrial and commercial bureau or the same level department.
3. A copy of the business license of the company in which the applicant mainly operates and the business involved in this application.
4. Detailed resume, including:
The position of the applicant in the main business listed in Table A&; Responsibilities and business experience;
The applicant's working and operating experience in other companies and organizations;
5. The applicant's application for investment in ACRA (if any);
6. Schedule B is a detailed business plan (applicable to option A);
7. Other documents that help the applicant to make investment decisions.
