What materials do I need to apply for an Australian visa?
I. Australian visa processing procedures
1, sort out and improve the data.
According to the requirements, all the materials needed to be used are systematically sorted out to ensure the integrity and correctness of the materials. Because in recent years, with the relaxation of visa policy in Australia and the increase of the number of international students in China, there is a need to queue up for visa review. If individual materials do not meet the requirements or are insufficient, most examiners will directly send a letter of refusal, which will have a great impact on the success of studying abroad.
2. Submission of materials
Submit the application directly as soon as possible after the visa application documents are fully prepared. It will take about 2-3 weeks. The embassy will send a letter and the acceptance number of the visa pre-examination, as well as the medical examination form attached to the letter.
3. Wait for the assessment to pass the notice.
In this process, we need to wait for the embassy to issue a notice of passing the pre-assessment. Generally 1.5-2 months or so will receive the results. After receiving the notice, you need to complete other things that need to be handled when studying abroad as soon as possible, such as preparing for a physical examination within 28 days. Then change foreign exchange to pay tuition. After the school receives the tuition fee or deposit paid in advance by the students, it will go through the registration formalities and issue the admission notice. Finally, all the application materials that have been prepared and collected for a long time will be sent to the Australian consulate for labeling.

1. Apply as soon as possible: Students are advised to determine the schools applying for this program in advance and submit their visa applications three months before the start of school. Since February and July are the main start times of major courses in Australia, May-June and11-65438+February are the peak periods for signing bills, which will slow down the trial. It is recommended to apply early so as not to delay the start of school.
2. Put an end to fraud: the Australian Immigration Bureau requires real application materials;
3. Reasonable study abroad plan: The Australian Immigration Bureau will verify the applicant's future value and short-term purpose of staying in Australia according to the situation of the applicant's home country, possible situations during his stay in Australia, immigration history, etc. Therefore, students must know their academic background, family economic background and the relevant information of the courses they have studied, and have specific career plans to prove that they are real students;
4. Pay attention to answering the phone survey: The Australian Immigration Bureau will check with the customer by telephone survey, reminding the applicant to pay attention to answering the phone after submitting the visa, not to miss the phone to avoid delaying the trial, pay attention to the attitude of speaking when answering the phone, and answer the visa officer's questions flexibly.
5. There is no need to post a visa after signing: Australia has an electronic visa system. You don't need to stamp your passport to go to Australia, enter Australia or stay in Australia. Visa holders can check their visa records through the free online inquiry system of Visa Authority (VEVO) or the mobile phone application software of My Visa Authority Online Inquiry System (myVEVO). If your visa is approved, you will get a visa approval letter. This letter explains the relevant visa terms, including entry requirements. You should put this letter and your passport together during your trip to and from Australia. When you are not traveling, keep this letter in a safe place.
