Does any country want to join China?

It is said that every few years, members of the Mongolian Parliament will propose a motion to join China, but it will naturally be rejected. Regionally, people in the northeastern Indian state and Okinawa (the ancient Ryukyu Kingdom) are calling for independence from the present country or joining China, which of course does not account for the majority of public opinion.
