Matters needing attention in and out
Appearance description
Fill out the exit card in the lobby of the airport (or port or station) in the carriage of the plane, ship or train or before the border inspection. Entry and exit cards (Form A and Form B) are filled out by the entry personnel themselves with black, blue and purple pens and ballpoint pens.
Exit frontier inspection
Unless exempted from inspection according to law, the customs shall inspect and release the luggage and articles of inbound and outbound passengers in accordance with regulations. The customs shall examine and release the luggage and articles of outbound passengers according to the principle of reasonable quantity for their own use.
Exit customs declaration
Passengers carrying articles that need to be declared to the customs should fill in the Customs Declaration Form, choose the "red channel" for customs clearance, truthfully declare their luggage and articles as required, and go through the exit formalities with the customs.
When taking oil paintings out of the country, passengers need to submit the oil painting appraisal certificate issued by the Russian cultural department to the customs.
Articles that cannot be carried or checked with you.
A well-planned and prepared trip to Russia, of course, can't stop because the entry-exit security check is unqualified! So, what items can't be carried with you?
Guns, military or police equipment and their imitations; Handicrafts made of bullets, empty shells, etc. ; Explosives, such as ammunition, pyrotechnics, blasting equipment and its imitations, matches, lighters (gas), lighters, alcohol, paint, gasoline and kerosene; Control knives, such as daggers and knives with self-locking devices; Highly toxic substances, such as cyanide, highly toxic pesticides and other corrosive substances, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, etc. ; Radioactive substances, radioisotopes and other substances that interfere with flight safety, such as strongly magnetized substances that may interfere with the normal work of various instruments on the plane; Articles with strong pungent smell, etc.
You can't carry anything that can only be checked with you.
Life knives, such as kitchen knives, scissors, fruit knives, razors, etc. ; Professional knives, such as scalpels, butchers, meat cutters, etc. Knife, spear, sword, halberd, etc. Sharp and blunt instruments used by literary and art units for performances, as well as axes, chisels, hammers, cones, weighted or spiked walking sticks, iron-tipped trekking sticks and so on, which can be used to endanger aviation safety.
Of course, nail clippers can be carried around, but oversized nail clippers are another matter.
Too many liquid items. For example, the total amount of cosmetics for personal use shall not exceed 1000 ml, and the container volume of each cosmetic shall not exceed1000 ml. Note: Even if the solution in the bottle is less than 100 ml, but the bottle volume is greater than 100 ml, you can't carry it with you.
Alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be carried with you, and can only be checked (except those bought in duty-free shops after security check). Note: If the alcohol content is below 24 degrees (inclusive), the consignment quantity is not limited. If the alcohol content is between 24 degrees (excluding) and 70 degrees (including), the total consignment shall not exceed 5 liters. Those exceeding 70 degrees (excluding) shall not be inspected.
Tips for getting through security quickly
Notebooks, cameras, mobile phones and other electronic products.
Notebook computer, camera, mobile phone, etc. Need to check separately. It is recommended to take it out in advance when queuing to avoid being in a hurry when passing the security check.
Small and scattered items are best stored together.
Small items such as keys, USB flash drives, nail clippers, and qualified travel cosmetics can be stored separately in the small bag before going out, which can speed up the inspection.
Pay attention to the quantity of liquid items.
The total amount of cosmetics carried with you shall not exceed 1000 ml, and the container volume of each cosmetic shall not exceed 1000 ml.
Lithium batteries and charging treasures must be carried with you.
These days, no one has a spare lithium battery and no one has a charging treasure. Pay attention to travel. Lithium batteries and charging treasures are strictly prohibited to be checked. It is stipulated that lithium batteries and charging treasures within the rated energy range should be carried with you. The rated energy of lithium batteries and charging treasures shall not exceed 100Wh, so they can be carried around. 100Wh- 160Wh can only be carried with the approval of the airline; It is forbidden to carry and consign large lithium batteries or charging treasures exceeding 160Wh. At the same time, each passenger can't carry more than two lithium batteries and charging treasures, and charging is prohibited in flight.
About entry and exit issues
A. Visa: At present, China grants visa-free travel to team members in Russia, but it is actually very simple for individuals to travel to Primorsky Krai, and there is no need to apply for a big Russian visa (of course, you can apply, but it is more troublesome). Russian President Vladimir Putin recently signed a law on simplifying the visa system for foreign tourists and investors to enter the Far East, which came into effect from September 2065438+2007. Foreign tourists and investors can enter the five Far East regions that implement the free port system through simplified visa procedures, namely Primorsky Krai, Khabarovsk Krai, Sakhalin, Chukchi Autonomous Region and Kamchatka Krai, and can apply for visas without visa fees. They only need to log on to the special website of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and fill in the form. The review period is 4 days. After passing the examination, the entry visa will be filled in directly at the Russian border when the applicant enters the country. E-visa is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and foreign citizens can stay in Russia for up to 8 days.
B. Suifenhe entry and exit modes: divided into two types: train and bus. The bus is very time-saving, because it only takes 15 minutes from Ussurisk to Russian customs. You only need to change to an international bus that can pass through the customs at Ussurisk International Bus Station, and you will arrive at Suifenhe Customs after Russian Customs 15 minutes. Once you pass the customs, you can get to Suifenhe downtown in less than 20 minutes by car. However, the train is very slow. Take the international train 402 from Suifenhe at 9: 30 (at 9: 30 at the earliest, the train may leave at some time, and it may be late 1 hour). After six tunnels, the first three were in China, the last three entered Russian territory, and arrived in Grothkopp in two hours. After the customs, I have to take the Russian bus 65433 from Grothkopp.
C. Russian border inspection: the inflexibility and rigidity of the fighting nation are extreme, which is called the most delayed border inspection in the world. Anyway, more than 600 people on our train dragged through the customs from 1 1 until 4 pm, only to find that there are still four border checkpoints. The border inspector will look at your passport page by page, and then check himself carefully against the photos. We often stand, sit and look forward (we have met such courtesy anyway). Because of this, when the Saipan passport page was damaged, we took the lead in handling a temporary passport in Suifenhe because it was too late to apply for a new passport. It is not a problem that such an inner page harms the entry and exit of Southeast Asian countries, but if you want to enter the territory of a fighting nation, you are likely to be rejected.
D. Tip: It is said that Russian border inspection is corrupt and tips are often required. It seems to be true, but they charge 500 rubles (about RMB 50 yuan) for each piece under the pretext of checking the salute (all suitcases and backpacks with wheels). If you enter the country with the travel agency, you must pay it in one lump sum, but you must pay it yourself when you leave the country, so you must leave enough 500 rubles.
E. Taking photos: Of course, all border checkpoints are forbidden to take photos, but if you secretly challenge the fighting nations here, they will confiscate or smash or fine them mercilessly.
F. Entry card: They actually don't have a so-called tourist entry card. They are all called immigration cards. They are all in Russian (helpless). If you can't fill it out, it's best to consult your fellow tour guide if you are free. At that time, they forgot to take photos and could not provide physical photos.
G. ruble: the reason why I mentioned it here is because the border inspection officials are too slow to release it! And all public toilets in Russia are charged! Therefore, it is best to change rubles at Suifenhe before entering the country (as for changing rubles, there are many things that need attention, which will be explained later) and use it to go to the customs to go to the toilet. Usually 20 rubles at a time. Of course, the customs generally accept RMB 3 yuan (not as cost-effective as rubles), but rarely accept RMB in Vladivostok. Most people don't abide by the requirement of declaring a large amount of cash and valuables, but they don't advocate it either.
