Sign a labor service contract
The labor contract is an important document that establishes the legal relationship between the employer and the employee, and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of both parties, and is protected by law. Once the labor service contract is signed by both parties, both parties must act in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract. In case of any dispute, both parties shall settle it according to the terms of the signed contract. If a written labor contract is not signed, once a dispute occurs, it will not only be difficult to handle, but also be sanctioned by law.
