Rudong county characteristic culture

Rudong County's characteristic cultures include jumping grooms, beating bats in Zhong Kui, and flower drums in Gustav Hugo.

1, jumping groom: There is a bell hanging on the harness, comparing yourself to a horse serving God. When you move, your feet keep jumping and bells jingle to pray for God's blessing.

2. Zhong Kui Play Bat: The whole dance is a combination of lanterns, dances and puppets, which is unique in characterization and expression techniques, and has reached a high level.

3. Tribal Tiger Flower Drum: According to legend, in the 1950s, a group of Anhui immigrants followed the Taiping Army along the Yangtze River to the western Xiayang area along the coast of Jiangsu (today's Tribal Tiger East). They brought Anhui folk flower drum art, and local folk artists combined Anhui flower drum with local folk tunes to form the tribal tiger flower drum.
