In the whole RCEP, 9 1.5% of Japanese exports and 98.6% of Japanese imports were cancelled. The exemption rate is still not lower than 99.9% of the Pacific Partnership Trade Agreement, but China and South Korea are Japan's largest and third largest trading partners, and the signing of this agreement is very important for Japan.

The export of other Japanese products will benefit, except Japanese car products that are free of travel. This agreement means that China and South Korea will gradually abolish tariffs on Japanese wine and sour taste. For example, as an example, two of these two products will now be reduced by 40% tariff. After 15 years, South Korea will be cancelled as 15% of these two products. In addition, the agreement will also cancel the 10% tariff imposed by China on agricultural scallops.
