2. If the owner wants to go to the United States, animals need to be vaccinated at least one month ago, but not more than 12 months. The owner also needs to confirm that the animal needs the vaccine.

3. After the owner has vaccinated his animals and got the official vaccine book "Red Book", he needs to make an appointment to the officially designated animal hospital for physical examination within 7 to 10 days before leaving the country. The general inspection may include urine test and feces test, and then he will issue himself a formal form of the Import and Export Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, such as the International Companion Animal Health Checklist, and the Import and Export Inspection and Quarantine Bureau will issue a formal Animal Health Certificate.
