You can't. According to information about Portugal, HIV patients are not allowed to immigrate to Portugal. The applicant's illness can be clearly seen or in some documents, the Portuguese authorities will ask for an experience. Aids, diseases that can cause epidemics and are difficult to control (such as tuberculosis) can all be reasons for refusing visas.
