1. Residents whose household registration is in Guangdong Province who meet the following conditions are eligible to apply:

⑴ abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China;

2. Foreign nationals who have settled in Guangdong and meet the above conditions and hold the "Alien Permanent Residence Permit" or "Alien Residence Permit" issued by the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau can apply at the admissions office or examination center of the county (city, district) where they live. Register at the designated registration point (station).

3. Children of domestic personnel who are imported talents and hold a "Guangdong Province Residence Permit" valid for 3 years (inclusive), have obtained a Guangdong Province high school diploma, and are in compliance with the "Guangdong Province Interim Measures for the Implementation of the "Guangdong Province Residence Permit" for introduced talents" ( According to the provisions of Guangdong Government [2003] No. 81), you can register to take the college entrance examination in Guangdong Province.

4. High school students who have moved their household registration from outside the province (must move in before the college entrance examination registration deadline) are in Guangdong Province, in compliance with the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Student Registration and Household Registration Management of High School Students and Strictly Examining the Qualifications for General College Entrance Examination" (Guangdong Admissions [2007] 23), you can register to take the college entrance examination in Guangdong Province.

5. Candidates who take the non-unified examination for general college admissions (including: recommended students, candidates majoring in some foreign languages ??[non-English], sports training and ethnic traditional sports, vocational teachers, second degree bachelors, students with disabilities, and model higher vocational colleges (single admission, single examination, single admission (single admission, etc.)), you must register for the college entrance examination.

6. The following people are not allowed to apply:

⑴ Current students of higher education institutions with nationally recognized academic qualifications;

⑵ Current students of senior secondary education schools other than fresh graduates;

⑶ Candidates who seriously violated disciplines and cheated in the unified examination in the previous year and were banned from registering for the national college entrance examination in the next year;

⑷ Those who have been subject to compulsory measures by relevant departments or are serving sentences for violating criminal laws .

7. In principle, candidates must register at the admissions office of the city or county (city, district) where their household registration is located within the registration time specified by the Provincial Education Examination Authority. When registering, all candidates must sign the "Candidate Integrity Exam Commitment Letter".

Candidates whose household registration is in Guangdong Province are not allowed to borrow exams in other provinces, and candidates whose household registration is not in this province are not allowed to borrow exams in Guangdong Province. Candidates who need to register to take the exam in another place within the province must obtain approval from the admissions office of the prefecture-level city where the exam is taken. Candidates who have moved their household registration to Guangdong Province from outside the province during high school must register to take the college entrance examination at the place of their household registration.

8. After registering for the exam, candidates must create electronic files and paper files. The content of the electronic file includes candidate registration information, physical examination information, volunteer information, high school graduation scores, college entrance examination score information, candidates' integrity records in participating in college admissions examinations, as well as comprehensive quality evaluation information or high school graduation appraisal, etc. Paper files include: application form signed and confirmed by the candidate, school application form, physical examination form and other relevant certification materials. The registration information in the electronic file is the basis for candidates to take exams, manage their student status after being admitted to higher education institutions, and issue graduation certificates to higher education institutions. Candidates should be responsible for its authenticity and accuracy. If the examination, admission, or electronic registration of the higher education diploma cannot be carried out due to errors or omissions in the information filled in by the candidate, the responsibility lies with the candidate himself. When registering, candidates should use the current name on the user's registration book (which must be the same as the ID card) to register, and use this as the basis for examination and admission. Once the candidate's electronic file is confirmed, no one is allowed to change it without authorization. Candidates’ paper files are managed uniformly by the county (city, district) admissions office or the middle school designated by the city admissions office. Admitted candidates should go to the county (city, district) admissions office or the middle school designated by the city admissions office to collect their files with the college admission notice, and bring them to the admitted college for registration when registering. The files of candidates who have not registered or been admitted will be returned to the candidates' original middle school or unit before December 31.

9. All registration points must conscientiously review the qualifications of all types of candidates, and strictly implement the "On Further Strengthening the Management of Student Registration and Household Registration of High School Students" jointly issued by the Provincial Admissions Committee, the Provincial Department of Education, and the Provincial Department of Public Security, and strictly review the qualifications for general college entrance examinations. 10. Fresh graduates of secondary vocational schools (including technical secondary schools, vocational middle schools, and technical schools) who apply for higher vocational colleges should register with proof of the school they attended. The original graduation certificate will be reviewed by the enrolling school when enrolling. Previous students must register with their graduation certificate and submit a copy of it.
