A position paper usually includes the following four parts:

(1) General understanding of the event;

(2) China's position and policy on this issue;

(3) Existing decisions of the United Nations and/or the international community on this issue;

(4) The state suggests how to solve this problem.

Regarding the human rights of immigrants, BG will definitely mention the current problems, so (1) and (3) are roughly described according to BG and his own research. But it doesn't need to occupy too much space.

(2) and (4) are the key points of PP, and from the actual situation in Switzerland, the more specific and detailed the resolution, the better.
