When one person is employed, one person's talents must be utilized. Doing one thing must be done as one thing. Scholars, farmers, industry and commerce all over the country, each is at peace with his business. All civil and military officials perform their duties. Naturally, nothing can be done, but nothing can be done without government. There is no country without governance. The rule of the country in the Three Dynasties must be based on etiquette, and etiquette means walking, which means practicing one's duties.

Second Commendation to the First Saints

Water must have a source and it will never be exhausted. A tree must have roots, and then it will prosper. This is due to the nature of things, let alone human beings. China has a vast territory with vast resources, a persevering and hard-working people, and a vast and brilliant culture. They did not come out of thin air overnight.
