Culture and Art in Xiuning County

Xiuning dialect belongs to the Hui language and is a kind of Xiupian. Huizhou dialect can be roughly divided into six sub-dialects: Xiuning dialect, Shexian dialect, yi county dialect, Qimen dialect, Jixi dialect and Wuyuan dialect, among which Xiuning dialect is divided into Xiuning dialect and Xiuning Lantian dialect.

Xiuning dialect can be divided into five parts: Haiyang (North Township) is located in Haiyang, Yan Qian, Lantian, Qukou, Wan 'an and Meilin in Tunxi District, and haiyang dialect has 19 initials, 30 finals and 6 tones;

Linxi film (Dongxiang film) is distributed in the original Linxi district (Donglinxi, Baiji and other towns) and most urban Tunxi district;

Wucheng film (Nanxiang film) is distributed in Wucheng, Yuetan, Shandou and other towns;

Xikou film (Xixiang film) is distributed in Xikou, Tan Bing, Jiangtan and other towns and villages;

Liukou piece (southwest piece) is distributed in Liukou, Wangcun and most areas of fengcun Township in the original Liukou area.

Other dialects

Yixian dialect belongs to Hui language, which is distributed in the original Confucian village in the north of Xiuning County.

Wuyuan Beixiang dialect belongs to Hui dialect, which is distributed in Huaqiao, Banqiao and some villages in fengcun Township adjacent to Wuyuan County.

Wuyuan Northeast Township dialect belongs to Huizhou dialect, which is used by most residents in mountainous areas of Yun Qi (such as the original Qukou Village Committee in Qukou Township).

Chun 'an dialect-Sui 'an dialect belongs to Huizhou dialect, which is used by immigrants from Xin 'anjiang Reservoir in Yanzhou.

Shipboard dialect belongs to Huizhou Yanzhou film, which is similar to Zhejiang Jiangshan dialect. Used by "Nine Fishermen" living in Xin 'anjiang River Basin.
