Yangqiao Town and Zongnan Village in Yixiu District: Luoshan Village, Meilin Village, huashan village Village and Baochonghu Village Luoling Town: Gaohe Town in Huaining County, Laoshan Neighborhood Committee: Heping Village, Wanxing Village, Xinjian Village, Gong Jin Town and Quanfeng Village: Renxinghe Community, An Baili Village, Wangshan Village, Jiujiu Village and Sturgeon Town in Tongcheng City: Tongjiang Neighborhood Committee, Neijiang Neighborhood Committee and Shuang Gang Town. Jin Shun Town and Hua Fu Village: Bao Xu Village, Xulian Village, Xuzui Village, Lianhua Village, Xiangpu Village, Yu Zui Village and Huangpen Village Xizihu Town: Panlong Village, Zhutan Village, Songshan Village and Shuangdian Village.

Fourth large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower project construction land acquisition compensation and resettlement shall follow the following principles:

(a) people-oriented, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of immigrants, to meet the needs of the survival and development of immigrants;

(two) the overall situation, obey the overall arrangement of the state, taking into account the interests of the state, the collective and the individual;

(3) Saving land, rationally planning the project area and controlling the scale of immigration;
