Full text of twelve five-year plans

Starting from 1953, China began to make national short-and medium-term plans in a five-year cycle. The first "five-year plan" is simply called "the first five-year plan", and so on. The full name of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan is: Outline of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China. The 12th Five-Year Plan starts and ends at 20 1 1-20 15.

The Outline of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" was adopted at the opening meeting of related audio-visual works.
