How to apply for the qualification certificate of studying in China?

Residence certificate and admission ticket are two documents that should exist at the same time. You need to provide registration materials to the other party when applying.

1, fill in the admission notice and resume;

2. Original final diploma;

3. 180-hour Japanese learning calendar certificate;

4. On-the-job certificate or school certificate and photos;

5. Fill in the fund payment form, and the bank will issue a certificate of deposit in Japanese yen with a copy of the deposit form (if you have a job, you should also provide: employment certificate, annual income certificate, personal income tax payment certificate or personal income tax withholding certificate of your company). If I have no job, I need to provide a notarial certificate of the relationship between the deposit and the applicant.

After the above materials are fully prepared, they will be sent to the enrollment schools together with the registration fee (some schools do not pay the registration fee in the early stage). After the admission school is confirmed to be qualified, it will be reported to the Japan Immigration Bureau to apply for residence qualification certificate for the applicant.
