ArcGIS application issues

Required information: regional topographic map (DEM is the best), water level before and after impoundment, land use distribution map and residents distribution map.

Brief flow: Digitize the contour lines of topographic map, generate DEM in ArcGIS spatial analysis module, and subtract the DEM before and after water storage to get the inundated area range, and use the inundated area range to overlay and analyze the distribution map of cultivated land and residents respectively.
