4. The "online shop" opened relies on the e-commerce platform set up by the e-commerce demonstration enterprises announced by the Ministry of Commerce and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce.

The "online shop" has been operating normally for more than half a year (college students should continue to operate until graduation year) to conduct physical goods trading or cultural creativity, consulting and design services.

In addition, there were more than 1000 successful transactions in kind in the first half of the application for subsidies, and the sales amount in the first half of the application for subsidies exceeded 20,000 yuan, with no illegal transactions.

The subsidy standard for incubating entrepreneurial projects is 1 1,000 yuan per entrepreneurial project. If the same leading creative subject has multiple entrepreneurial projects at the same time, the maximum subsidy shall not exceed 6,543,800 yuan; The subsidy standard for establishing an operating entity is 1 1,000 yuan per operating entity.

In addition, for non-college students' entrepreneurial enterprises, the good news is that the Chengdu Municipal People's Government has issued a number of support policies to promote venture capital.

In the form of company system, the newly registered venture capital enterprises in Chengdu will be rewarded with 1% of the paid-in registered capital, with a maximum reward of 50 million yuan.

For venture capital enterprises newly established in the form of partnership in Chengdu with standardized operation, the assets managed by the venture capital management enterprise (registered in Chengdu) entrusted by the venture capital management enterprise will be rewarded according to 0.5% of the actual fund raised by the partnership, with the maximum reward amount of 20 million yuan.

For venture capital enterprises and venture capital management enterprises that meet the relevant conditions to purchase new office buildings for their own use due to business development, they can also be given a one-time subsidy of 5% of the purchase price, with a maximum subsidy of 5 million yuan.
