Penalties for Hong Kong companies to continue to operate without annual examination
If you are fined within 42 days from the day following the anniversary of the company's establishment, you will be fined HK$ 105.
If it is more than 42 days but not more than 3 months after the company's anniversary, it will be fined 870 yuan.
If it is more than 3 months but not more than 6 months from the day after the company's anniversary, the fine will be HK$ 65,438 +0, 740 yuan.
If it is more than 6 months but not more than 9 months from the day after the company's anniversary, the fine will be HK$ 2,665,438+00.
If it is more than 9 months from the day after the company's anniversary, the fine will be HK$ 3, 480 yuan.
In addition, the Inland Revenue Department will impose a fine of HK$ 300 on companies that fail the annual review.
