Swedish school!

First of all, your IELTS score is too low. If you are studying science and engineering, the minimum is 5.5.

Still in the case of good grades in your school, the lowest score in business is 6. If you meet this IELTS standard, you may not be able to go to the school there, but also depends on your school performance, test results, whether there are three good students and whether there are scholarships. Below this standard, there is no hope at all.

It depends on what you want to learn. Every school has its own major. Only a few undergraduate schools teach English. Most of them are Swedish, but you have to learn Swedish for one year first.

Sweden doesn't make money by opening language schools like Britain, Australia and New Zealand. So there is no English language school.
