To the relevant person in charge:

Sharla Cheung, I am an American citizen, and I apply for my fiance Li Lai to live with me in the United States. I was born in Fujian, China, and immigrated to the United States on September 8th, 2006. Because of the influence of traditional culture, my parents are very concerned about my marriage, and they hope I can find a good home. I met my fiance through the introduction of a relative. At the end of October, 2008, I went back to my parents' home for the Spring Festival, during which my aunt Zhang Jin mentioned Li Fei, the son of a good friend of hers. Later, my parents met the young man and learned about him in all aspects. My parents had a good impression on him. Li Habit is four years older than me. He is a business manager of a company with a good family background. After returning to the United States, my mother strongly urged me to get in touch with Li Habit. As soon as I started to have the idea of making friends, I began to chat and communicate with him by telephone. Gradually, I found his unusual. We have the same hobbies, and we are obsessed with travel, music and movies. We always have endless topics to talk about. Although the two sides are far from the ocean, our hearts are very close, and slowly we begin to miss the other two. Moreover, our relationship has undergone subtle changes, and he has become my boyfriend.

After three months of contact, I can't wait to go back to China to meet him. So I came to meet him in Fujian, China on June, 2008 10. In China, I often fly to many places together. Including Suzhou, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing, Xiamen, Wuxi and other places. The time I spent with him was a happy time that I will never forget. He told me to take good care of me. We are very happy together. More importantly, I can feel his strong love for me. We all like people who are more mature and determined. Realizing that we can no longer be separated from each other with the support of our parents, we officially got engaged on August 8, 2008 (the opening day of the Beijing Olympic Games), and held a grand engagement ceremony according to local customs.

I, miss, hereby swear that I am honest first, and my marriage with my fiance is true, and I promise to marry my fiance within 90 days after he arrives in the United States.

I will be grateful for your help!
