What materials do I need to prepare for the settlement of Kunshan Points?

Kunshan points need to prepare the following materials to settle down:

1. Original of my resident ID card;

2. Original residence permit;

3, household registration certificate, residence booklet, stamped with the special seal of the police station account "permanent population registration form" or computer printed with the special seal of the police station account certificate;

4, marital status materials, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, court mediation or court verdict;

5. Family member relationship materials, household registration files, household registration book, marriage certificate, birth medical certificate, paternity test, adoption certificate or relationship notarial certificate issued by notary department, etc. ;

6. Legally stable residence materials refer to immovable property certificate, house ownership certificate, homestead certificate, public housing lease certificate or lease registration certificate;

7. A statement that the owner or employer of legally stable residence agrees to settle down, and a statement that the owner, owner, leased house owner or employer of the immediate family agrees to settle down.

Legal basis: Article 5 of the Interim Measures for Household Registration in Kunshan City.

The following personnel account access, accepted by the Municipal Personnel Bureau:

(three) professional and technical personnel and management personnel with intermediate professional and technical post qualifications or bachelor's degree and under the age of 35;

(4) Persons who have been legally employed by the unit (applying for a green card for talents) and have participated in social security and medical insurance, have a junior college or secondary school education, are under 30 years of age, have worked in Kunming for three years in junior college and five years in secondary school, and have a fixed residence;

(five) in accordance with the employment policy of graduates, receiving and placing Kunshan college graduates;

(6) Having a legally fixed residence and a stable occupation in this Municipality and being rated as a model worker at or above the level of Kunshan;

(7) On-the-job cadres who need to take care of their parents and spouses due to practical family difficulties, as well as spouses and minor children who meet the conditions for moving with them;

(eight) personnel transferred with the approval of the Municipal Personnel Department and other personnel who need the approval of the Personnel Bureau.

The above-mentioned persons in items (1) to (3) are allowed to move with their spouses and minor children except their own accounts.
