4, safeguard the legitimate rights and democratic rights of female workers, do a good job of coordination, establish a consultation system with enterprises, take the initiative to study and solve some special problems with the company, participate in the formulation of enterprise development plans and policies, rules and regulations closely related to employees, put forward opinions and assist in implementation.

5, adhere to democratic centralism, guide female workers to establish the spirit of "four self", and comprehensively improve the ideological and moral, scientific and cultural technology and their own quality of female workers.

6, in-depth investigation and study at the grass-roots level, grasp the grass-roots integration, listen to the opinions and demands of grass-roots organizations and employees, care about the study and life of female employees, seriously help solve existing problems, and handle complaints from female employees.

7. Guided by democratic management, efforts should be made to strengthen the activities of grass-roots women workers' organizations, actively discover and cultivate female talents, and timely recommend outstanding female talents to relevant departments.

8. Negotiate and sign the company collective contract on behalf of the employees of the company to solve the problems existing in the implementation. Assist the company to sign collective contracts and supervise their implementation.

9. Complete the related tasks assigned by the superior women's working committee and the company's trade union.
