(1) comprehensive office

Compile the long-term development plan, medium-and long-term plan and annual plan for comprehensive utilization of water conservancy, soil and water conservation, fishery and major rivers in the county; Manage the planning, project establishment and construction of key water conservancy projects, irrigation reconstruction projects and disaster relief projects in the county; Responsible for the comprehensive statistics of water conservancy system, manage and supervise the quality of the industry, and guide the water conservancy management in the county; Manage the county's water conservancy facilities, implement relevant water fee reform policies, and manage water fees and water prices; Macroscopically guide the construction of socialized water conservancy service system in the county; Responsible for the county's water saving, drinking water for people and livestock, and the construction of motor wells; Compile the county-wide water conservancy science and technology promotion, education and training development plan; Responsible for the planning and management of small hydropower construction in the county; Guide the development and utilization of water resources in the county; Guide the county's immigration work; To guide the business of bureau-affiliated units and township water pipe stations throughout the county.

(iii) Financial Logistics Unit

Responsible for the financial accounting of the bureau and the financial audit of the subordinate units; Management and supervision of state-owned assets; Responsible for the economic contracts of subordinate units; Responsible for the professional training and inspection of accounting personnel of subordinate units; Responsible for the logistics supply of various government affairs of the bureau.
